Environmental Protection and Waste Policy
We comply with legal regulations and strive to minimize our environmental impact. We pay attention to effectively separating our waste at its source, by groups and by hazard classes. We are aware that using hazardous materials and chemicals only when necessary and in the required amounts reduces both their negative environmental impacts and the amount of waste. In our business, we prefer materials labeled as "recyclable" and "environmentally friendly," contributing to nature conservation. We seek opportunities for reuse. We make sure to use disposable materials such as paper, napkins, toilet paper, and packaging only as much as necessary, reducing the amount of waste we leave in nature. We store waste properly, in separate areas according to their characteristics, and hand them over to licensed/authorized companies before exceeding the legal storage time limits, while keeping proper records. We strive to use water, energy, and all natural resources efficiently. We share this sensitivity with our employees, guests, and suppliers. We measure our environmental management performance, monitor it with targets, and aim to improve it. We aim to educate our employees about the environment and increase their awareness.
Child Rights Policy
Children are entrusted to us as the future. It is our primary responsibility to recognize them as individuals, respect their rights, and protect them against all forms of exploitation, whether psychological, physical, commercial, etc. To ensure this: We do not allow child labor in our own institutions and expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners. Within the business, we provide environments/opportunities that contribute to children's development, where they can freely express their thoughts, wishes, and emotions, and feel comfortable and safe. We provide training to our employees on the prevention and detection of child abuse. We ensure that children participating in activities are under adult supervision. We organize training and support relevant projects to raise awareness about the protection of children's rights. If we witness suspicious actions involving children, we first inform hotel management and, if necessary, seek assistance from official authorities.
Women's Rights Policy
We prioritize gender equality in our organization. We ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all our employees, regardless of gender. We support the participation of women in the workforce across all our departments and provide equal opportunities. We operate under the "equal pay for equal work" policy without any gender discrimination. We allocate tasks with regard to the principle of equality. We create the necessary environment to ensure equal access to career opportunities. We develop training policies to support women's participation and increase awareness. We establish a working environment and practices that maintain a balance between work and family life. We support the inclusion of women in company management and offer equal opportunities. We do not tolerate any form of exploitation, harassment, discrimination, suppression, coercion, or slander against women. We are always aware of the value they bring to our world and organization, and we continuously support their presence.
