A Heritage Hidden Within the Stones
Located above Uçhisar, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, Millstone Cave Suites takes its name from the old “Dink” bulgur mill and caravanserai that once served as a center of Silk Road trade and was actively used from the 1800s to the 1970s. This historical heritage has inspired the spirit of the hotel.
Our restored village houses and caves, shaped in accordance with Cappadocia’s traditional stone architecture and carrying all the traces of the past, reflect a heritage that spans thousands of years. Today, these restored structures bring together the cultural spirit of Cappadocia with modern comfort, offering our guests a timeless accommodation experience where they can create unforgettable memories.
